A very chill night
So the royals played a day game so we planned on watching Disney movies tonight in the game room
First we had deli sandwiches picnic style in the living room. There was only a small mess to clean up.
I was cleaning up and Joel decided now would be a good time to up the AFO'S on our oldest boy. He once again say down, closed his eyes and wouldn't move. This is usually when tiny tornado would appear with his on but he didn't. He was still in his room.
The PT was told us even if he doesn't walk right now he's still getting benefits from wearing them.
I tried to get him up, Joel tried to get him up but we wouldn't.
We were about to call it good when my buddy came in the room.
Hey little man. What are those I haven't seen them yet.
Our oldest sat there for a minute then he got up and walked over to him and showed him. They spent about 10 minutes talking about the Mario and Zelda guys on them. He even walked around the room with him
Then tiny tornado comes running in the room
Daddy, Papa, I'm sorry I'm late I had a Lego emergency. But I'm here now. Just don't go into my room right away. Not until I tell you. It's fine though don't worry.
He takes his brother's hand and they walked around the room together for almost 20 minutes until our oldest said he was tired. He sat on the floor.
Our youngest walked over to my buddy and said.
Hey I forgot to show you my last birthday present but it's in my room. Daddy, Papa you don't need to come because you've already seen it. It ok though Daddy nothing to worry about. I didn't make a mess or anything. I just want to show him my new Legos.
It seems he stepped on the LEGO set and they went everywhere. My poor buddy. They were in there for 45 minutes or so cleaning up.
After the LEGO emergency we went down stairs and watched Fox and the Hound and Robin Hood. Even with the cat unplugging everything.
My buddy dozed off on the couch most of the night. We put the boys to bed and went outside for a smoke and tequila. My buddy didn't join us again.
He's really having a hard time adjusting to the meds and they are making him so tired. I know it's only been a week but still I worry.
Now I'm sitting outside by myself having another cigar because I can't sleep.
