My poor mother fell again today
at a garage sale. There was a slight step leading into the back door area & she didn't see it & wiped out. At least she didn't hit hard this time & came out unscathed.

@saragoodtimes Thank you. The last time she fell was in the middle of the road when she tripped after checking her mail. She hit so hard that time that she knocked a post out of her gum. Her reflexes aren't fast enough for her to break her fall. 😢

@Tumbleweed broke a heel and tumbled down the stairs a month ago breaking my hip. surgeon says can be up to a year before I get my normal walk back. I'm not that old but falls can be castrophic for seniors

@saragoodtimes Oh, love, I'm sorry!! I hope you heal quickly! My mom is 77 so a fall like that for her would be devastating.
