House hunting today

We're house hunting today. Our realtor is showing 4 homes in our neighborhood at are for sale. We need more space, our space. We want at least 4 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A finished basement is a must because we need a playroom for the boys. A nice yard and 2 car garage is needed as well. So we'll see how the hunting goes
