wow my late mum would not have allowed me to date or have girlfriends at all had i developed any interest in girls in my teens. i never even dated until my mid 20's.i didn't know anything about sex then and got no education about it from parents or school.

you must be a pretty lenient parent to allow a girl in the bedroom with your son.
Mine would never

@iamnikki I trust him, we talk very often about the dynamics of relationships and the birds and the bee's. I am also next to h8s bedroom and can hear everything! He knows how to respect a lady!

One year later: Hey grandma, can you watch little Joey tonight while we go out and party?

So they're "talking, but not like... talking... right now, they're just... talking"

I don't understand the difference between talking and talking... one is "together" and one is "courting". I feel so old when my 16 yo explains the difference between talking and like, talking (but she says it slower)

That is fantastic. My daughter has a (boy) friend who is definitely not her boyfriend and they bring out some of the best in each other. He's not allowed in her bedroom, but that is her decision, not mine 🙂
