Felony hide and seek?

A boss of a large corporation was working one weekend and he needed an answer from one of his higher ranking younger employees so he called the house and the phone is answered by a very young child which kind of irritated the big boss and he asked the child is your daddy home? And in a whisper the child says yes. Well can i talk to him? Again in a low voice the child says no. Then the boss asked if his mother was home, and the kid says yes. The boss asked if he could talk to his mother. The kid says no. The boss is getting frustrated now. He's sure there's an adult there watching a kid this young, so he asked are there any grown ups there? The kid quietly says yes a policeman. The boss is thinking there must be trouble and asks the kid if he can talk to the policeman and the kid says no. The boss asked him why and the kid said because he is talking to mommy and daddy and the fireman. The boss said fireman? But he can here through the ear piece what sounds like a helicopter landing nearby and asks the kid what's that noise? The kid whispers it's a hello copter. The boss asked what's that doing there and the kid says it's landing the searching party. Searching party!!?? Boss really worried now and says who are they searching for? And the kid trying to stiffle a giggle says me.
