"Tried"? You mean it barked or what? Did anyone get hurt? Are they okay?
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@ChipmunkErnie it charged at us. I have does I don't care about barking
ineedadrink · 56-60, M
What caliber handle are you using. Maybe antifreeze instead.
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@Iineedamommy my dog is too... However if it attacked my child tomorrow it'd be eutheniszed just as if my child was attacked by another person adult or child I'd be pressing charges
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@Iineedamommy also to add to this ... This dog owner has had animal control and the sheriff department at the house 3x a piece .... Over the same issue and they refuse to refrain the dog or come up with a legitimate solution

@thechik96 Be nice and treat the dog to some chocolate bars.

Fences?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
If it's loose and attacks call your local animal control center.
That doesn't matter what attacks. It could even be rabid. Don't assume.

@DeWayfarer I did for the past year I have been trying to get this handled
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@DearAmbellina2113 rabies vaccine and license aren't required everywhere
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@DearAmbellina2113 I have no idea were she lives and it's not mandatory everywhere. It certainly isn't everywhere in this county. I have lived in the mountains. They can't make it mandatory in certain places.
Two of my previous cats were feral cats from the mountains. They can't even keep up with the spade & neutering laws even in those places.
As long as there are wilderness areas there will be the possibility of rabies. Even in totally wild animals or larger animals. Heck even bears and mountain lions have been known to have rabies. They can catch it just like we can from rodents. It only takes a bite. And they are already insane enough to do it.

Are you absolutely sure it was trying to attack? A lot of people unintentionally misunderstand canine body language and signals.
DearAmbellina2113 · 46-50, F
@thechik96 what was the context? I mean did it just randomly jump up and come into your yard and start being aggressive?
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@DearAmbellina2113 we moved here about a year ago.. these dogs are never on leads or kept in.... If I drive up to my gate and attempt to close it I get attacked. Mind you my house is 1/4 mile from theirs.... These no reason for the dog to even be that far down
thechik96 · 31-35, F
@DearAmbellina2113 the dog chases my car clear to the ends of the road along with everyone else and has attacked the dogs at neighboring houses
Lilnonames · F
