Just learnt something new - I can create 'groups' of contacts for txt/sms/mms messaging

Gives me a way to link to my adult kids and see what they are doing for xmas as I do not have my 8 y/o daughter for xmas eve or day this year (it's my ex's turn to have her for those days).

I dunno if it's an Android feature or a network feature.
