So they called SS for me ....

I guess the ER doctor didn't believe that Sissy could actually break my nose like that. It looks so horrible they thought that I got hit from my partner. So they took in a room and asked me all kinds of questions if I am safe at home and all I keep thinking was were was this when I was a child being beaten and starved.

So anyway we are home now. She was sent home with a inhaler and a breathing treatment machine and a Little bit stronger anxiety meds.

So glad to be home it has been a long night. Thank goodness Joel was able to be there for me I couldn't have done this without him.

Gosh that's a trauma to endure. I'm sorry you were injured, and were caught in the SS drama.
A woman I worked with reported for morning shift with raccoon eyes.
She was black & blue from nose to temple.

Of course everyone assumed the worst - that her husband beat her.

The truth is far less dreadful, thankfully.
Her son was in the child seat of a shopping cart and whipped his head back in protest to mommy scolding him.
Her face collided witg hus skull.
She was a horrendous mess for quite a while.

@SethGreene531 I am glad they take the time to check and make sure but it doesn't feel good when they are asking you the questions.

It was just a bad accident
