Sleep walking

Nothing worse than waking up to the alarm on Sissy's door. She was sleeping walking again. Lucky I got to help before she got to the stairs. I got her back in to bed. This is the 2nd time this month she's done this. No point of going back to bed now. Might as well start the day.

I don't know if this might work and it may sound infantile but perhaps maybe childproofing the upstairs so she won't fall down or knock into anything if she sleepwalks. I know parents do that when they have newborns or toddlers, but that may work when Sissy is sleepwalking.

@Barefooter25 at the new house stairs won't be an issue. I'm still going to put the alarm on her door though. I've heard stories of kids walking out of the house and parents not even knowing 😞
