Two days in a row now Sissy has gotten up early.

Daddy do you think you can work from home today.

I'm sure I can, why is something up?

I just really wanted to watch the baseball game with you last night but it got cancelled.

Yeah I'll stay home and we can watch the game.

Can we do a fire and watch it outside.

Yeah that would be nice.

She smiles and hugs me. Thank you Daddy, I'm going to lay back down for a little bit.

Now I'm wondering if something else isn't going on

Maybe, or maybe not. Either way, you agreeing to take the time to stay home and spend time with her meant more than you know to her. If there is something more .......she may open up about it when she is ready knowing that 'daddy' is going to be there to listen.

@skmokisses I hope she's just excited about the game, she's been a little off this week though. Anyway I'm going to work until 11 then we'll have lunch and get the tv outside and get the fire ready for the game.
