504 meeting went well.

We had a early meeting to review our daughters 504 plan for the next school year.
We meet with her homeroom teacher, her music teacher and the vice principal of the school. They told us that she was doing very well and with the special accommodations in place she is in the top 3 prefect of all students. They also they do not recommend anything new for her plan. Joel and I agreed with this. I told them she comes home in a good mood and rarely seems stressed and overwhelmed. So we will keep the plan as is for the fall.

They had one concern, she doesn't have any friends at school. They suggested that she join some kind of after school activity next year other than music. I told them that we would look into.

So I am in proud father right now. Maybe we am doing after all.

so you are proud that you have to make the school do special things for your disabled child so she can get though the day. this isn't far that he school and teachers have to spend so much time making sure your disabled child is happy. and really top 3% lol of what gee
