School is out!

6 and a half long weeks of freedom, sunshine (hopefully), bike rides, camping, beaches, and ice cream 😁

Seemingly the whole of class 9C have trooped through our home in the past two hours. My fridge is decimated. Cupboard stores which I thought might last the summer are dangerously low.

The back garden is saturated. Daughter has lost her shoes but acquired somebody"s tie which she is wearing as a bandana. She is grubby already and looks like an extra from Lord of the Flies 🤣

September seems a long, long way off 🙃
