Sensory issues

So i have to say im proud of how far my daughter was come.

She has able to watch and even shot off many different kinds of fireworks all day long.
We've come a long way finding the prefect ear buds and things to put in her sensory backpack.
She had a great time and for once didn't feel like she was missing out or preventing her brother from enjoying fireworks.

One proud dad tonight.

Glad for her! I still can't do fireworks or storms. I plan to be up late tonight because fireworks in our neighborhood and lots afternoon/evening storms though least Monday so I will use my music headphones! When I go with family to a MLB game later this month will bring my headphones because postgame fireworks.

@weathernutritionhistory she used her ear buds and a weighted blanket to help her deal with the noise. I'm just glad she found something that helped her. I can't explain how happy she was.

Glad she has come a long way! I look forward to Fall when storm risk usual decrease here. Our neighborhood even does fireworks on Christmas Eve though not nearly as long!
