I Love My Daughter

So you guy's know I foster rose and her boyfriend. Well the last 2 week's rose has been staying with him in the guess house. I haven't really cared since they been on fall break. She babysits thru the day. And he has been working a lot. Well now school is about to start back. Should I let her stay with him in the guess house. I mean I don't want it to mess with her schooling. Of course his schooling also.
