That lesson on making fine dining for children cracked me up, because it’s so true! 😂
The chef/instructor says “Children are going to be your toughest critics.” That they’re not going to be interested in any beef wellington or pomme fondant or “anything else they can’t even pronounce.” 😆 That you have to keep it simple: burgers, chicken strips, mac and cheese, etc. But the way you want to cook it must be far from simple and has to be highest quality serving of that food they’ve ever had. If not, they’ll not hold back and tell you the food tastes like shit. Maybe not with that language, but with harsh enough words that it’ll feel like it. 🤣
