Do you teach your kids the proper way to pronunciate words?

Yeah my middle oldest sisters kid is super hard to understand. And the nephew I watch a lot has spoken fluently since he was 2. Probably cause I correct him and make game out of speaking things right. I know some mother's freak out and take their kids to the doctor for stuff like this. Dude, teach ur kids.
