When the kids got home

They were very surprised to see Joel. He is always the last to get home and the boys always run to greet him and tease him because he smells like meat or something from work until he goes take a shower. It's turned into a daily event. So they were worried to see him laying on the couch

Papa why are you home early our oldest asked

I have a very bad headache and a head cold he told them

Our youngest looks at Joel and puts his hands over his mouth and tries to talk

Mijo I have no idea what you are saying.

He takes in a deep breath pulls his hands off his mouth and whispers
Sorry Papa I was afraid my excited voice would come out and I didn't want to make you head worse.

Joel pulled him close and kissed his forehead. It's ok mijo

I love the way your boys are always thinking, "Do no harm"
Wonderful.
