One day my son, 22 y.o. was visiting me and we had gone to a concert. Back at my place that night, he asked for a snack. I got out my Wasa crackers
And because we are really fancy, I also served them with Cheez-Whiz.😎
So, he's looking at these crackers and says "you're feeding me giraffe crackers?!"😍
When he was very much younger, maybe up to age ten, we would go to our local zoo, and he would feed the giraffes. The crackers for giraffes were very similar to the Wasa crackers.
Amazing that such a seemingly insignificant event, made such an impact on him. That he remembered it enough to think the crackers looked the same. Just when I thought he was too busy to care.
Then I got to thinking, it's probably a quite unique experience, feeding giraffes!

I'm not crying, I just have dust in my eyes.

It's amazing what they remember and always touching when they just tell us matter-of-factly...something we did wiith them has become a part of who they are...

[@nursegirl ]🤔maybe a nice memory from years ago gut your son should not be ungrateful for what you gave him

@smiler2012 no he didn't mean it like that....he was just remembering like "hey these are giraffe crackers"
Great story. It's what being a parent is all about

I ask this respectfully but in total curiosity. Have you ever had a sexual thought or desire towards your son
Nursegirl · 51-55, F
@AgoodsonXT respectfully, no.
