My daughter said the cutest thing this morning.
She looked at me and said, “Mommy, where do rainbows come from?”
So I told her about light is scattered through water droplets in the air.
Then she said, “Mommy, where does the moon go during the day?”
So I told her about the moon and orbit.
Finally she goes “Mommy, what are earth’s defenses?”
Then I remembered that I don’t have kids. And she looked at me with jet black eyes and asked again in a deep voice, “What are earth’s defenses, mother?”
