In need of advice

I am a mother of an 8 year old. He currently lives in a different state than I do. He was “released” from school a month prior to it being let out due to putting his hands on others and saying the worst things imaginable to other people. These behaviors have apparently happened all year long, which I didn’t find out about any of it until I heard from his principal. I am currently working on getting full custody of him to get him out of the environment he is in. The thing is, is that I’m going to have to undo everything that has been done. What the heck am I suppose to do!?!? Any advice would help.

be firm on what is and is not allowed with you, But also be the loving parent, not the "fun" one, but show him that when you act good you can do fun shit, when you act bad you get punished. You also need to explain to him that you never ever didnt want him and that you are his mother and you only want what is best for him!

@WolfGirlwh0r3 I am the fun parent. But I also don’t take shit. He knows when he’s with me what I will take and what I won’t. But it’s hard to structure him and discipline him for him to just go back to his dads house and everything I’ve done is undone. I appreciate your help.
