I Am a Mother
Looking for excersise i can do with a 5 month old. Its winter here fridgid cold so i wont be taking walks with the baby untill spring.but i would love to get some excersise throughout the day.

Have you heard of a trx? Great for exercise and stretching. You can get knock off ones on amazon which are a lot cheaper
