You can’t be in a healthy relationship with someone who doesn’t respect you.
Putting you down harshly with emotional tantrums, then apologizing, then continuing to put you down harshly with emotional tantrums, without even trying to work on herself and her anger, is disrespecting you. You’re not important enough to her to work on changing the major thing about her that she knows you hate (and that anyone would hate who keeps having to deal with it tbh).

@SW-User We’ll see how important my feelings are to her in the coming week
O no! Shes getting upset youre getting too close to ray? I mean ik you were drinking sooo much before you met him and was super unhappy with life! Your posts legit turned everything around when you met him it wasnt bout drinking all the time or how much work was terrible it was so sweet. You deserve to be distraught but remember your past present and future and i bet you wont be as distraught <3

Seperation has been a relief for me, it's something that was coming for a long time before it arrived

@Notsimilarreally Thank you. She really can be, truly. She is okay most of the time, but she’s mean way too often and yesterday was the final straw.

@Ducky it sounds like a really good time for you to cut the cord, being that you have this other healthy relationship going on that you can fall back on for support. Good luck girly

..it's because you've already gone through the 'detachment phase', which is also experienced prior to one dying. It matters not the circumstance, detachment means you are no longer emotionally connected.
