Feel alone

Hang in there. I was with a strict old fashioned upbringing. There were parts I did not like, but looking back it did me a lot of good.

I so hated getting grounded growing up. I was maybe 9 when i told mom that id rather just get a spanking and get it over with than have to be grounded for like a week, not being able to go out, and worse, she found me extra chores.

Just so you know, i asked my 10 year old and she said shed rather get a spanking and be done too.

I been exactly in the same place as you... feeling....having no one around that understands......My parents were extremely old school up bringing and strict harsh rules

Old style can be good if you understand the lessons being taught
