No need to say your sorry - we all freak out some times, and moving is waaaaaaaay stressful, especially combined with a holiday. You're only human 🙂. Mindstruggle had a great post today about being better, and I'm working on being kinder. This is my kindness to you this morning, TL. You're amazing and don't need to feel sorry about this. You've got lots of friends here on SW (including me). I hope you have a really great day and don't worry, be happy!

How long have you been in Portland? I've visited there several times over the years. Really enjoy biking, hiking, outdoors and all the trails out there along with the beaches in north Portland 🏖 😎

@TryingtoLava I did enjoy the friendly people, good vibes and great energy there. Are you going to the wnbr next month?
@SouthernGuy1987 whats that

Don't worry about that honey. We all freak out once in awhile. We earn it 🤣😂

I'm so happy that you're loving it in Portland. I'm keeping you in my prayers.

Interesting how in some photo sets like that, there is moss, plants, ceiling collapsing, yet some of the furniture is perfectly clean.

Like the second photo down, the chair on the right is spotless. Or the sixth one, all those tables and chairs are clean. Eight photo - how did those curtains remain untouched?

@TryingtoLava Yes - in the sense I took your comment to mean. I have never seen a derelict building hold so much lush greenery anyway; but the near-pristine state of some of the furniture does not ring true for its surroundings. I would expect it to be covered in black mould, though that might not thrive on synthetic fabrics, and debris from the disintegrating ceilings.

Beautiful, reminds me of Bjork's video Bachlorette, where nature takes over spaces.

It’s cool how this planet just reclaims itself

Makes me wonder how much of human history has it swallowed
Barefooter25 · 46-50, M
Nature has basically done the same thing at Chernobyl.
@Barefooter25 thats so cool thou it just shows how we think nature is 2ndary but its legit just waiting for us to go
