Going back....ten... fifteen years ago I'd screwed the pooch on Fathers Day.....few days late.

This of course my sister gragariously pointed out.

So...of course ever since I insure my card arrives a bit soon....or sometime after.

Allow the poem I wrote him to be his alone....

But what I did remind him is that he is my Bering...my mindset...the blood in my veins and the marrow in my bones...and that holiday he gets, nothing but a date for I honor him everyday I breathe.

Was speaking with my mom last night...in reference to his card she responded....you know your dad, big softy..

Only twice have I seen him cry....never wipes his tears...just let's them run down his face.

And that ..

Is my Super Hero.
