So I guess my mom found out I’m on my last legs and wants to visit

I haven’t seen her in over five years. I’ve talked to her a couple times and changed my phone number after each.

You don't have to see her. If you do decide to see her (some people can behave better in these situations) set up boundaries before she arrives and if it becomes too much immediately have her leave.
