What if someone in the family watches TV shows you don't like for hours and blasts the volume too?

It is unbearable. My partner wont wear his hearing aids and has 2 tvs on very loudly listening to sport. Last night i asked to watch one tv and he said he needed them both, so I went to bed. It is very selfish.
