So for some context I 20f have made a friend for the first time in years. I made friends with B 20f last year and she’s has helped me through alot. We spend a lot of time together and we honestly are kinda like best friends. I call her mum and she calls me daughter.

Now her and her partner broke up at the beginning of the semester this year and she’s just going through a rough patch. I had been staying over hers a lot and to my mum that meant I was seeing someone.

Now obviously I’m not seeing anyone and I’d say that but my mum would get very angry and would sometimes scream saying how I’m lying and she doesn’t want to talk to me over it.

My mum has implied that I am sleeping around with my 16f sister. Now I find this really insulting.

Ive voiced to them that I don’t like it anymore and to please stop making these “jokes” because it’s been like 2 months non stop about how I’m sleeping around and seeing a 46yr old man who’s a gross deadbeat when there is nobody.

Am I being overly sensitive or is my mum a bit weird for keep making those sorts of jokes about her daughter?

So if I follow this, your mom thinks you are having sex with your best friend, and your sister, and a middle aged man and keeps making jokes and/or screaming about it.

Uh, no you're not sensitive your mom is an awful person.

@CountScrofula they think I’m having sex with an old man and I’m covering it up by saying I’m staying round my friends. Why they think this? I do not know
