Also completely unprofessional. Sounds like she's unaware that she's an attorney.
If she showed you the text, before she sent it, you had every right to request she edit it. You're paying for her services, not the other way around.

I think most people use standard lines in conversation without ever considering whether one size fits all.
“Free, white and twenty-one,” is an example. Of course it supposedly states “Competent and my own man, “ but the origin is far darker, and that may mean the speaker never thought about it, but it also may mean the speaker means exactly what they are saying.
If this matter is a concern for you, I suggest emailing the attorney with an explanation.
Good wishes do not automatically imply bad wishes, but there are circumstances where they do.
If your husband is already angry and resistant, ask yourself if “Have fun over the weekend is going to alter his position, either way.
