Divorce update part 4

Since my last post I did get a divorce lawyer and we had a meeting with Zack and his lawyer and a nice lady from the courthouse. Kind of crazy after 8 year's we barely have anything together. I really don't want to drag this divorce on for months. So he gets to keep the house for him and his new girlfriend. He is selling a couple of his properties that money will go to child support and Zelda college. We do have 90 days to change our minds and for me to find a apartment or house. My old neighbor he has went with me to look at a few houses this week. I do like this one but it will need some repairs and the guy that owns it he would let me rent to own it. My neighbor he said he can do the repairs on the house
