I Have Divorced Parents

You know.. It is really annoying when your mom falls in love with a new man and my father sees her since that time as a monster.
When your father says: I know you want to stay at your stepmoms home but later she wants money from you to live in her house etc.

And then you have a mother who is annoyed about your dad and always complains how incompetent and bad he is. That he wanted to leave her when she was pregnant etc.

What would you do?
They are both your parents dear.. hahaha

Tell your mom stop talking bad about your dad.

Ask your dad to treat you fairly and do not only take side on your step mom.

Could you get a part time job? In the UK, 16 year old is counted as an adult. You can go to work get a full time job after finish high school but I dont know about your country regulation.

Yes that is a really great idea. I will tell her this.

No I don't only listen to my step mom. I try to be impartial and just to listen to what they want to tell me. I think this is stuff they should solve but not their child.

i know that my mom wouldn't want money from me or anything. And I know my father would help me.
It ia just that he sees her now as really bad.

But yes here in Germany it is similar I think. Just I have a mini job right now (handball coach) That takes time.
