I’m thirty years old and my fiancé is now forty. My daughter is eleven, and I am two days off being seventeen weeks pregnant with my second child.
I have dated men much older than me, yes. When I was fourteen I had a brief relationship with a man twice my age. I have been out with men much older than me! I’m not someone who falls into bed with people that I date, I’m not that promiscuous a person. Relationships with men when I was younger were troubled and there were occasions I did things that I was later so upset with myself about.
Everyone has things that made them sick and even uncomfortable with themselves. It is part of being a person, regardless of how you were raised, you listen to your peers and you want to fit in, do you do things out of character. I’m just as guilty of that as the next person!
