For some it is to think of all the things you have to do , or to think of the reasons for which you have to do, but its kinda demotivating for me when i think of all that stuff
What works for me is to start doing the thing that i have to do, as i do it bit by bit i realise i have spent a lot of time and effort in it, sometimes i keep record or what i have done, like counting the pages i have written or the number of times i have done something, the track of my effort keeps me from abandoning it ....... i know that i have to complete it now so i just sit to do it

I sit back and consider the reasons I need the discipline and the many benefits the discipline will provide and if I find the joy and excitement I am able to have a fighting chance at being consistent
