The driver that hit Star

Is trying to say it is partially her fault because
1 she had her music up to loud
2 she was not wearing her shoes
3 she was sitting to close to the steering wheel.

He has no defense for being high on drugs and hitting a car at a red light. He is grasping at straws. Not to mention is was doing 75 in a 40MPH zone. No jurry is going to buy any of his BS.
