@Barefooter25 well we did find out that even though the driver didn't have insurance the car he was driving did he borrowed it from a friend. Ironically he was actually going out to get more pot. And my buddy is a lawyer and a very good one so yes I'm sure he's going to go after the guy big time

@Cigarguy I don't know what the law is in Missouri but here in Florida, the laws are very tough and stringent with what you mentioned. If the other driver was high when he struck Star, and he didn't have insurance, he could lose his license for a long period of time.

@Barefooter25 he's was arrested at the scene. He was barely hurt and she's fighting for her life

@Barefooter25 getting stronger every day. They might take her off the ventilator on Sunday if she gets improving. I thought she was just in too much pain internally and was not getting enough oxygen so putting her on the vent has helped so much she's getting enough oxygen now and she's not in pain so her stats are up everything is looking better. And she also squeezed her father's hand today too after sissy left. So she's telling us she's okay and she's fighting

@Cigarguy I think Sissy coming to visit her helped alot. Having her friends and family besides her makes a big difference.

@Barefooter25 yes I will be glad when she is out of the ICU and then we can bring the boys up for a little bit to see her

@Musicman yes it did. She also squeezed her father's hand day as well. It's baby steps right now but they are huge. I know she is going to be okay. This can't be the end of her story here on earth
