Raising kids can be challenging at times but I enjoyed every minute of it. My daughter and I were inseparable she was my mini me. The divorce three years ago was trying and my daughter took sides.
Now I fear she is cutting me out of her life. Maybe there'll be a time when we reconnect

Hopefully it's more of a her finding her own independence as she grows older kind of detachment than anything to do with you personally. We all need our parents, she's lucky to have you. Perhaps in a half decade or so as she enters adulthood you'll reconnect.
