@Jenny1234 so bulletproof backpacks are being commonly purchased and sold in America because of the school shooting rates being so high. As for the second comment on this. No drama here. Give me a few I'll pull statistics for you. .... My small town hs with 40 in my graduating class just had a threat. Another child less than 3 hrs from me smeared her friends blood on her at 6 years old to avoid detention from a shooter.... Yea..... I'm the crazy one

@Thrust if you don't worry every day that your child goes to school that they may be the next daily news headline...... You clearly aren't a parent or at least shouldn't be. Not everyone can opt for homeschool..... However finding any and every way to lower risks to your child's safety should be top priority.
