Children calling their parents by their first name is weird. The younger the children are the weirder it seems.
If either of my kids ever call me Donna I’d pack them off to a sweat shop making Apple products.

I think it’s interesting how serious people take this, after reading comments.
I suppose I don’t see it that way Bc my children are so young and they only have said it because they thought it was crazy mindblowing that my name isn’t mama/mommy/mom
They do not address me in such a way on a regular basis, but like I had said, my son has started occasionally randomly saying “I love you (first name)” and giggling because he thinks it’s silly
