Children getting sex changed?

Can't speak to other nations but I know here for a minor to be considered for transition it usually is only in extreme cases were gender dysphoria is resulting in suicidal ideation or such. Usually for minors the approach is social transitioning like name changes, changing of clothing, stuff like that. Further treatment in more extreme cases. And 97 cases over more than a decade even by this post is very small numbers. At least that is my understanding based on what I have read. I have a friend I could inquire more about it I suppose. But it is definitely something conservatives overblow. Heck in 2015 in Canada there were only 2 docs who were even qualified to do reassignment surgery on anyone so waits were longer.
