Adult Children Of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families

I just returned from my ACA meeting. I'm glad I went. I feel for all the people who have been subject to their parents' dysfunctions and alcoholism. Yet, it's consoling to know I'm not alone in this. I'm so thankful for the program, and for every member in the organization.

Can you say a little about how ACA is different from Al Anon? My wife tried the latter and did not think it was right for her.

@DrWatson ACA and Al Anon are very similar. There's some difference in the wording of the readings. But the steps are essentially the same.
