Good riddance. If he's gone, there must be a good reason. You don't need to overexert yourself. Go easy on yourself and take the time to heal well. Remember this has no impact on you being lovable. You are still you.
Just to add: alone time is not a punishment - take it as time to replenish your relationship with yourself. The healthier it is, the better your future connections will be. Wishing you to meet someone who will stay :)
