anyone know why I can look at a profile and get messages from someone but cant message them back? got message from hanna but cant reply

maybe they don't accept msgs from ppl below 16 yrs old or something. Or could be your own profile settings.

I donno but i have same thing happen all the time and tried to change my age to talk to them and now i cant talk to anyone in my inbox at all:,(

I would guess it is age. I assume you aren't allowed to talk with those 18 and over.

It may be in either her or your settings. She may not accept messages.
