@DeWayfarer There might be some like that but it is a known medical condition.
Looking at the picture, she does not appear to be obese.
Albeit rare.
Cryptic or stealth pregnancies — where a woman is unaware she is pregnant until late into gestation or during labor.

Ive heard it happen from my mother who was a nurse. She said some women even barely show.

All women are different. Some carry high, some low , some show and some dont,🤷‍♀️
