When I was a nanny, sometimes singing a kids song while changing their diaper worked :) I think the site we used to listen to was called Little Baby bum, it was the site that came out with Baby Shark. It has so many awesome kids songs! It may not always work, but sometimes they will stop squirming upon hearing a melody.

@Coralmist good tip. I do sing to him all the time and it will often stop him in his tracks when he is crying, or uncomfortable for whatever reason : ) maybe next time hes being really bad for a change I will try a YouTube song.
