@DarkSideoftheMoon one exercise pressure point that I was told about was push your finger in middle of bum cheek on the side it hurts until you find sciatic nerve, it鈥檚 deep and takes some finding and you can stretch the nerve, I found that helped a little bit ! I had it for 10 years then I had a bad fall and not had it since, amazing

@DarkSideoftheMoon no snapped the big muscle in thigh i had lost feelings in one leg due to bad back but it sorted sciatic out !! Good luck with yours
