Re the US shortage of baby formula...

I keep wondering who hid all the lactating breasts???

And yes, I know in some cases the babies need special formula because of health problems, but is that REALLY the cause of the panic??

Some women can’t breast feed. I did for only three days, and it was the most beautiful bonding experience, but alas the pain was so bad that I could not sleep, or lay down. Now I look back, I think I should have expressed some milk, but no one told me, and I didn’t know. I was still in the hospital, so you’d think a nurse could have educated me, but this was over 40-years ago, so no internet or pregnancy classes like today.
