Do you think the adoption tax credit should be allowed for all adoptions or just adoptions of american children?
I am torn on the subject but I feel maybe we shouldnt be subsidizing the adoption of foreign children when we have so many here that could benefit. On the other hand we assisting in (presumably) making a better life for a human being not matter where they are from.
