My moms a badass

Earlier in the year she was with this big 250lb guy that would try to yell at her to intimidate her into acting how he wanted her to but she stood her ground and told him to f-off

This week I am over because she just had spinal surgery and I feel like she doesn’t even need me. She got in and out of the car without my help, walked up her stairs to get help and was zipping around the house doing things when we got here

She's a mother, she knows that there's no sick days from that job - you may have to strong arm her into taking it that bit easier than normal... or convince her that she needs a little pampering just now until she recovers a bit more.
