my parents are in my living room.

Very seldom get there, but they remain in my heart forever.

My brother does (on behalf of me) twice a month.

My family is buried in another state, so a couple of times a year

3 or 4 times a year....

i prefer to think of them as they were when alive active, and healthy

Not very often. Special days I've taken flowers to the crematorium which is where my husband's ashes are scattered. I still want to honor him but I don't believe he's there, I believe he's home with Jesus so it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to sit by his grave.

Probably not as much as I should.
I will be visiting my husband's grave the most -he was cremated and we haven't buried his ashes yet we're going to in July.

In all honesty even when I did live fairly close by, I rarely visited. I’ve never related to them actually being there. They live on within me, in my heart and mind. That’s what I find meaningful and right for me.
