After reading some of the previous comments, I am happy to remain unaware of the taste of McDonald's chips.

The only time I have entered a McDonalds café was at a service area on the motorway to the south of France. They had the franchise there. The washrooms were at the back of the café. Pee'ed but not tasted !

McD's will regret that, especially in America. Good news for the doctors, though, they'll be making more money from the ensuing heart attacks.

Although there are SOME people who love those fries, I am not one of them. The oil they use leaves a horrible sticky taste in my mouth. They HAVE to be eaten while piping hot, because if allowed to cool even slightly, that sticky horribleness takes over.
